Last night’s session was so fun because I got to photograph a special moment for a great family. In the LDS culture, most young men choose to serve missions when they turn 18 (and young women when they turn 19). A few weeks ago, Michael finished filling out his paperwork to turn in to the Church and yesterday, a packet came in the mail telling him where he will be serving for the next two years!
A few of his friends came over to support him and were anxiously awaiting to see what that letter said!
Opening, reading…..ARGETINA, CORDOBA! And way to look right at me after you read it 🙂 What a great reaction!
Michael is the oldest in his family so this was definitely an emotional night for mom.
